Daedalus - The UA Solar Car Team This site is dedicated to the support of the University of Arizona Solar Car Team and their sponsors. Their goal is to design, build, and race a solar powered vehicle in Sunrayce.

Northern Light Solar Car 1999 This is the Mankato State University and Winona State University Solar Car Team Home Page. Both MSU and WSU are once again working together on a car that will compete in the summer of 1999 in Sunrayce 99.

The George Washington University Solar Car Project 

The Los Altos Solar Vehicle (LASV) The Los Altos Solar Vehicle (LASV) team is a group of investigative high school students who want to bring about a change in environmental conditions. Over the years, dedicated students have built many different cars that are environmentally safe. Six years ago, the team started making a remote controlled solar powered car.The team dreamt of making an electric car that the students could actually drive.

The MIT Solar Electric Vehicle Team The MIT Solar Electric Vehicle Team is a student organization dedicated to educating students about solar electric vehicle design and construction by providing a hands-on environment in which students are encouraged to apply theories learned in the classroom.

The Penn Solar Racing Team The Penn Solar Racing Team was started in 1989 when a group of students and professors got together to build a car to race in the 1990 GM Sunrayce. The task proved challenging because no one else at Penn had previously attempted to build a solar car. The new team built Penn's first solar car, The Phaeton, to race from Florida to Indianapolis.

The Queen's University Solar Vehicle Team The Queen's University Solar Vehicle Team began in 1988 with an entry in Canada's first solar car event, the Great Canadian Solar Race, around the ring road at The University of Waterloo.

The South Australian Solar Car Consortium The South Australian Solar Car Consortium will represent the youth of South Australia in the 1999 World Solar Challenge. Tertiary and secondary students from Annesley College, Fremont-Elizabeth City High School, Seaton High School and the University of South Australia are working together to build four state-of-the-art solar cars, and to support South Australia's reputation as the `smart state'.

University of Waterloo Midnight Sun Solar Car Project Midnight Sun is the largest student project in the history of the University of Waterloo. The challenge is to design and build a solar powered race car to compete against other university teams in a variety of races.

UMass-Lowell Solar Racing Team The University of Mass - Lowell Solar Racing Team is an Organization that promotes the advancement of scientific and engineering knowledge related to alternative energy vehicles and associated technologies . Their main objective has been to draw together an ever expanding group of UMass students from all departments of the University to conceive, design, manage, and fabricate solar racing vehicles. Their competition and promotional demonstrations actively promote the university and ourselves in a very serious way and have attracted the attentions of both media and industry. In addition , they form a strong team bond that inspires individuals to recognize their personal strengths through performance.
