Oz HPV Inc. came about because most of the people responsible for organising the ACT HPV Challenge over the years recognised that for the Challenge to grow it needed to out from under the auspices of Pedal Power. The .deciMach Prize For Human Powered Speed The deciMach was announced at the IHPVA Speed Championships in Las Vegas this year. The initial announcement was to stir up two things. First is sponsorship money. The rules committee will be made up of sponsors with a simple voting formula for creating the prize rules: One vote per $1,000 of sponsorship for the prize.
